Attorney Horwitz is a Wisconsin native. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1971, and has a major in psychology as well as philosophy. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1974. Horowitz has been practicing law since 1974, concentrating on personal injury and workers' compensation law. He is a member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar Association and maintains his private law practice in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Attorney Horwitz has tried many personal injury cases to juries, as well as tried dozens of hearings before administrative law judges.
